Registration Information

All conference attendees must register. Personal badges will be provided to identify registered participants.
All registered participants will receive admission to the welcome Reception, Banquet, Lunches and one set of the conference proceedings in CD-ROM format. Registration fees are shown in table below. Registrants who are members of IEEE may register at the Member rate.
The reduced rate applies to current student, unemployed, retired and life IEEE members who are the first author.
Each Paper must be paid and presented by one of the authors for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.
